Which airport terminals do you cover?
Tarvix operates across both KLIA (Terminal 1) and KLIA2. When you submit a booking, please indicate which terminal your flight arrives at. Our team will confirm the exact meeting point within that terminal.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend submitting your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. This allows sufficient time to prepare the vehicle, confirm documentation, and assign a host where applicable. Earlier bookings are always welcome.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The Inter-Terminal Sedan and Premium Airport Receiving tiers include a flexible buffer window. For the Compact tier, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible if your arrival time changes significantly. We track most major flights and will do our best to adjust accordingly.
What documents do I need for the handover?
You will need a valid driving licence recognised in Malaysia (international driving permit if applicable), your booking confirmation, and a valid identity document. Our team will walk you through the checklist at handover.
Are the prices listed the full amount?
The listed prices (RM 490, RM 1,750, RM 4,200) cover the respective service tier as described. Any additional considerations — such as extended rental duration or extra services — will be discussed and confirmed before your booking is finalised.
Do you handle the return of the vehicle at trip's end?
The Premium Airport Receiving tier includes an end-of-trip drop-off arrangement back to the airport or a nominated location. For other tiers, return details can be discussed during the booking process.
