Used the Inter-Terminal Sedan for a return from KLIA2 after a regional trip. The meeting point was exactly where the confirmation said it would be. I had my luggage out of arrivals within the usual time, and the handover itself — signing the papers, walking to the vehicle, brief check of the car — took maybe 15 minutes. That's genuinely fast for an airport pickup. Will use Sedan tier again.
