Regardless of which tier you select, the Tarvix handover follows a consistent six-stage sequence. This sequence is what allows us to prepare efficiently and ensures clients are not left uncertain at any point during the collection.
The process begins at the point of booking and concludes when the client drives away from the terminal. All coordination between stages is handled by the Tarvix team — the client's role is simply to arrive at the designated point.
Booking Received and Confirmed
We acknowledge your booking and confirm the vehicle tier, pricing, and terminal assignment within one business day.
Pre-Arrival Communication Sent
You receive a structured confirmation with your meeting point reference, what to bring, and the team contact for your collection date.
Flight Monitored on Arrival Day
Our operations team tracks your inbound flight and adjusts the on-ground timing if your arrival is earlier or later than scheduled.
Vehicle Prepared and Positioned
The vehicle is inspected and positioned at the designated collection area before your estimated arrival. Documentation is prepared in advance.
Handover at Defined Meeting Point
You meet the Tarvix team at the specified point. Paperwork is completed, vehicle familiarisation takes place, and keys are handed over.
Departure and Post-Collection Follow-Up
You depart the terminal. A short feedback message is sent within 24 hours of the completed handover.
Airport Compact Pickup
A compact-class vehicle ready at a designated airport collection point. Includes meet-and-greet at the arrivals hall, a streamlined paperwork process, and a brief familiarisation with the vehicle before departure. Suited for short visits and city-based itineraries across Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and central Kuala Lumpur.

A sedan-class vehicle with terminal-to-city handover and a flexible pickup window of up to two hours from the booked arrival time. The extended window accounts for flight delays and extended customs or immigration processing. Luggage assistance is arranged during the handover step, reducing the physical effort of moving bags from the terminal exit to the vehicle.

The named host coordinates every step from the arrivals gate to departure from the terminal.

Client Data Privacy
Booking data is used solely for coordinating the collection arrangement. No personal data is retained beyond the necessary period or shared for marketing purposes.
Handover Time Targets
Compact and sedan tiers target under 20 minutes from the meeting point to departure. Premium tier allows more time for a thorough, unhurried process with the named host.
Direct Team Contact
On collection day, the on-site Tarvix team is reachable directly by phone. The client does not need to contact the Shah Alam office for day-of questions.
JPJ Compliance
All vehicles are maintained in compliance with Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan requirements. Relevant road tax, insurance, and inspection documents are current at every handover.
Post-Collection Feedback
Every completed booking receives a short feedback request within 24 hours. Responses are reviewed monthly to maintain and improve our process quality.
Vehicle Inspection Before Each Booking
A 12-point inspection is completed before every booking across all tiers. Tyres, fuel, cleanliness, and documentation are each checked and recorded.

All prices are published and confirmed at the point of booking. Additional considerations, if applicable, are disclosed before the booking is finalised.
