These terms govern your use of our website and the arrangement of airport pickup car rental services provided by Tarvix.

By accessing this website or submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

1. Definitions

In these terms, "Tarvix", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the business operating under the Tarvix name at 65 Persiaran Hijauan, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. "Client", "you", and "your" refer to any person accessing the website or submitting an enquiry. "Service" refers to the airport pickup car rental arrangement offered through this website. "Booking" refers to a confirmed service engagement following acceptance of an enquiry.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and enquiry purposes relating to the Tarvix service offering. You agree not to use the website:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law
  • To transmit unsolicited communications or automated requests
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
  • To reproduce, copy, or distribute content without express permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions.

3. Booking Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form on this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. An enquiry is an expression of interest, and a booking is only confirmed when Tarvix communicates written or verbal confirmation to the client, along with the agreed service details and payment terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries within one business day. Response timelines may vary during peak travel periods or public holidays.

4. Service Scope

Tarvix offers three service tiers for airport pickup car rental at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2:

  • Airport Compact Pickup (RM 490): A compact-class vehicle with meet-and-greet and streamlined handover.
  • Inter-Terminal Sedan Service (RM 1,750): A sedan-class vehicle with a flexible two-hour pickup window and luggage assistance.
  • Premium Airport Receiving (RM 4,200): A premium-class vehicle with a named host, quiet receiving area, and end-of-trip drop-off arrangement.

The scope of each service tier as described represents the standard offering. Any additional arrangements requested outside the stated scope are subject to separate agreement and pricing.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on this website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice on the website; however, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will be honoured.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. All payments are processed in accordance with the confirmed arrangement. We do not collect payment information through the website enquiry form.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms are agreed at the point of booking confirmation. General conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations notified more than 72 hours before the scheduled handover time may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount, subject to confirmation
  • Cancellations notified within 72 hours of the handover may be subject to a partial or full retention of the service fee
  • Changes to booking details (arrival time, terminal, or service tier) are subject to availability and must be communicated as early as practicable

We will apply cancellation terms reasonably and will communicate any deductions clearly. We do not apply punitive cancellation conditions.

7. Vehicle Use

Vehicles provided through Tarvix are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the underlying rental arrangement confirmed at handover. The client is responsible for operating the vehicle in accordance with Malaysian road traffic law, the vehicle operator's guidelines communicated at handover, and any conditions noted in the rental agreement document.

Tarvix acts as an airport pickup and handover coordinator. The vehicle itself is provided under a separate rental arrangement, the terms of which will be made available to the client prior to or at the time of handover.

8. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point within the agreed pickup window. Where a client is significantly delayed beyond the stated flexible window, the team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the delay but cannot guarantee the same vehicle or representative arrangement.

We ask that all clients treat our team members and any associated service personnel with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service arrangement in the event of conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or otherwise unreasonable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarvix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays caused by factors outside our control, including flight delays, airport operational changes, or extreme weather conditions.

Our liability for direct loss in connection with a confirmed booking shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, images, and structure, is owned by or licensed to Tarvix. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this website without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
